The CR3 Group, a provider of industrial services, has opened a new 20,000-square-foot chemical blending and manufacturing facility in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The facility expands CR3’s production capacity and is intended to support customers in India and the Middle Eastern region.

The facility has been developed in partnership with ZymeFlow, a chemical decontamination technology company. “This expansion strengthens CR3’s manufacturing and engineering services while deepening our alliance with ZymeFlow to provide integrated solutions for customers across the region,” said Kyle Shaw, Chairman, CR3 Group.

The facility is designed to handle a production capacity of three million barrels per year. It also includes a 10,000-square-foot fabrication yard equipped with advanced machinery and material handling systems. The facility supports in-house fabrication of piping systems, vessels, structural components, and critical repair work. Additionally, it has installed a 248.5 kWp solar array with 456 panels.

“We’re excited to provide enhanced services to our customers in India, where effective decontamination significantly impacts safe handovers for maintenance and reduces shutdown days, directly affecting our customers’ bottom line,” said Nitin Gaikwad, General Manager of CR3 India.

The opening ceremony was attended by customers, technical partners, CR3’s senior management, and Board members. Kyle Shaw and CR3 Group CEO Roberto Beneventi led the ribbon-cutting, and the facility tours were conducted by Group Chemical Production Manager Wiboon Ritthongpithak and Business Development Manager for India Sanjay Jagasia. The event concluded with the commencement of production of the first batch of ZymeFlow UN-657.

The partnership between CR3 and ZymeFlow combines CR3’s manufacturing capabilities with ZymeFlow’s chemical solutions to offer decontamination services to the energy sector.

CR3 Group provides industrial services, including chemical cleaning, decontamination, and maintenance solutions, with operations across various regions.
