Tembo Global Industries Limited has unveiled a new manufacturing facility in India to enhance production capacity and operational efficiency. The company stated that the facility includes expanded space and upgraded systems to accommodate higher output and meet international standards.
The new plant will produce industrial components such as pipe supports, industrial fasteners, and precision-manufactured products, in response to rising global demand in these areas.
The launch is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy. As part of this initiative, its wholly owned subsidiary, Tembo Defence Systems Pvt Ltd, was recently allotted 100 acres of land in Amravati, Maharashtra, by the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC). The site is intended for the construction of a defence manufacturing facility focused on arms and ammunition. This project may be subject to regulatory approvals from relevant authorities.
In September 2024, Tembo Global had entered into a strategic partnership with a European firm for the proposed defence facility. According to the company, the collaboration involves the transfer of technical expertise and a potential buy-back arrangement for the facility’s output. Specific details of the partnership have not been publicly disclosed.
Tembo Global Industries manufactures products such as pipe support systems, anti-vibration solutions, and modular supports. The company operates across several sectors, including defence, solar energy, and infrastructure.
