NDR Auto Components Limited will establish a new manufacturing facility in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, with an investment of INR 272.9 million. The plant is planned to produce frame structures for 50,000 five-seater cars and seat covers for 78,000 seven-seater cars annually. Operations are targeted to begin by August 2026.

The project will be implemented through a wholly-owned subsidiary, NDR Auto Components South Private Limited, which will be incorporated within the next three months with an initial paid-up share capital of INR 10 million. Financing will be sourced from internal accruals and term loans provided by the holding company.

The company has also secured 7,500 square feet of office space in the Aria Signature Office at JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi, for INR 112.5 million under a Space/Sub-License Agreement with Aria Hotels and Consultancy Services Private Limited. The agreement runs until May 2066.

Additionally, NDR Auto Components plans to set up a CSR trust jointly with Bharat Seats Limited.
