Hi-Tech Pipes Limited, a manufacturer of steel pipes and related products, has appointed Nehal Shah as its Chief Strategy Officer, effective 22 September 2025. This is a newly created leadership role aimed at strengthening the company’s strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
Shah, a commerce graduate and chartered accountant, has over two decades of experience in equity research, corporate strategy, and industry analysis, particularly in the building materials sector. He has previously worked with Kajaria Ceramics, Century Plyboards, and ICICI Securities.

Hi-Tech Pipes Limited is a steel processing company with a presence across steel pipes, hollow sections, cold rolled coils, road crash barriers, solar mounting structures, galvanised sheets, and colour-coated coils. It operates six integrated manufacturing facilities in Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, and Maharashtra with an installed capacity of 750,000 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA), which is expected to reach 1 million tonnes in FY26. The company has a marketing presence in more than 20 states through over 550 dealers and distributors.
