PNB, an Indian manufacturer and exporter of kitchenware and tableware products, has set up a new manufacturing facility in Rasoi, Haryana, as part of its long-term strategy to expand in-house production capacity and strengthen its manufacturing base in India. The facility is located in the Kundli–Rasoi industrial area in Sonipat district, with operations expected to begin in February following final commissioning activities.
The newly established plant spans approximately 125,000 square feet and has been designed to support scaled manufacturing with an emphasis on process efficiency and consistency. The layout is intended to enable high-volume production while maintaining uniform quality standards across product categories.
Manufacturing infrastructure at the Rasoi unit includes machinery delivered through 31 full containers. The installed equipment is designed to support precision-led manufacturing across multiple product lines and forms the core production backbone of the facility.
The plant comprises dedicated production lines for bottles, single-wall products, and double-wall, or vacuum, products. Once operational, the combined production capacity of these lines is expected to be between 15,000 and 20,000 units per day. The configuration allows multiple product categories to be manufactured within a single integrated site.
The establishment of the Rasoi facility marks a shift towards greater in-house manufacturing. By internalising key production processes, the company aims to improve control over quality parameters, production timelines, and process development. The facility has been designed to manage the full manufacturing cycle, from raw material handling through to final dispatch.
PNB Kitchenmate manufactures kitchenware and tableware products, including stainless steel and aluminium pressure cookers, cookware such as non-stick, hard anodised and triply ranges, serveware, cutlery, and other kitchen utility items. The brand supplies products across urban and rural India and exports to markets including Russia, Sri Lanka, and the United Arab Emirates.
The company also supplies products to organised retail and e-commerce platforms such as Walmart India and Flipkart. Its manufacturing footprint includes facilities in Kundli, Haryana, supporting quality control across production lines.
PNB Kitchenmate is operated by Shree Shakti Enterprises Private Limited, which manages the brand’s manufacturing and export operations for domestic and international markets.
