ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited announced the appointment of Mukund Govindarajan as Regional Operations Officer in the capacity of Senior Management Personnel, effective 4 February 2026. Mukund Govindarajan succeeds M.S. Ravikumar who retired as Regional Operating Officer of ZFCVCS India after 39 years of service.
Govindarajan has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and transformation across India and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President – Operations at VE Commercial Vehicles (Volvo Bus India) and previously held multiple leadership roles within the Volvo Group, focusing on operational excellence initiatives, digital programmes, and multi-country team management. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bharathidasan University and a Diploma in Materials Management from Welingkar Institute, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt holder. Govindarajan joined the organisation on the same day under a full-time employment arrangement.
The company’s Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations for the December quarter stood at INR 10.75 billion, compared with INR 9.13 billion in the preceding quarter and INR 9.62 billion in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
Consolidated profit before tax for the quarter was INR 1.87 billion and profit after tax was INR 1.40 billion. For the nine months ended 31 December 2025, consolidated revenue from operations totalled INR 29.64 billion, while profit after tax was INR 3.71 billion.
The Group recognised an exceptional item of INR 79.35 million during the reporting period, reflecting a one-time increase in provision for employee benefits following the notification of four Labour Codes by the Government of India on 21 November 2025.
