The company said in a stock exchange filing that the order was awarded by a domestic entity and pertains to its Metal Powder Division. The consideration for the purchase order was stated as approximately INR 7.019 million, exclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
According to the filing, delivery of the order is required to be made immediately in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in the purchase order. The company did not disclose further details regarding product specifications or quantities.
The filing also stated that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in ENAR Weld Braze Private Limited. It added that the order does not fall within the scope of related party transactions.
