Rajdhani Group inaugurated a CNC end fitting manufacturing unit and the Rajdhani Excellence Lab at its facility in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The development expands the company’s capabilities in CNC-manufactured end fittings, hose assembly solutions, and testing and validation for hydraulic components used in mining and infrastructure equipment.
The new facility includes an innovation and testing laboratory equipped with systems intended to validate hydraulic hose assemblies and related components. Equipment installed at the laboratory includes an abuse test machine for hose assembly endurance testing, a burst test machine to validate hose assembly pressure sustainability, and a salt spray test bench designed to evaluate corrosion resistance of plated components.
Additional inspection systems at the laboratory include go/no-go gauges for thread inspection, a vision measuring machine for dimensional inspection of fittings, and a hardness tester for verification of incoming raw material quality. The laboratory also includes a flame resistance test setup for hydraulic hoses and an abrasion resistance tester designed to evaluate the durability of hose outer covers.
Its innovation centre designs and develops hydraulic hoses, end fittings, tee adapters, metal tube assemblies, and integrated hydraulic solutions intended for mining and heavy equipment applications.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Arun Misra, Chief Executive Officer of Hindustan Zinc Limited, and Shashi Kant Khetan, Chairman and Managing Director of SK Khetan Group. Other attendees included Kishore Kumar, Chief Operating Officer of Hindustan Zinc Limited; Arup Chandra, Head of Aftermarket – Hard Rock at Komatsu; Kailashpati, Chief Technical Officer at SK Khetan Group; Aseem Sharma and Arvind from Epiroc; Vaibhav Soni and Nikhilesh from Normet; and Govind and Akhil from Moglix.
Rajdhani manufactures end-to-end hydraulic assemblies and produces both hoses and couplings designed to work together as compatible systems. Its product portfolio includes industrial and hydraulic hoses such as the high-pressure Spiral series 2-inch R15, choke and kill hoses, stainless steel corrugated hoses, hose fittings, tube fittings, couplings, quick release couplings (QRC), metal tube assemblies, and hose kits for industrial machinery.
The company’s primary manufacturing facility is located in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Additional plants have been commissioned in Raniganj, Ramagundam, and Chandrapur, while the group has initiated backward integration by establishing in-house end-fitting manufacturing at the Udaipur site.
Rajdhani has also introduced new testing demonstrations and equipment for hydraulic components. At the EXCON 2025 trade show, the company presented a live hose burst pressure test and unveiled new crimping and marking machines.
The company has also signed memoranda of understanding for six additional plants across India to expand its production footprint. Rajdhani is also expanding its product portfolio into tube assemblies and stainless steel corrugated hoses intended for applications in the oil and gas and chemical industries.
Rajdhani Group was founded in 2015 by Sourav Sikhwal, who serves as Chief Executive Officer. The company began operations in a 1,000 square foot facility with a single crimping machine and a team of three, and has since expanded to a 20,000 square foot plant while exporting products to more than 15 countries through a dealer network of over 800 partners.
