Greaves Cotton Limited has supplied Euro V+ certified 499cc REVO D+ single-cylinder diesel engines to Ligier Group for installation in the Ligier JS50 and Ligier Myli microcar models retailed in several European countries. The engines, manufactured at the company’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar facility, deliver 6.0 kW at 3000 rpm and 26 Nm of torque between 1800 and 2200 rpm. The announcement was made on 18 November 2025.

The REVO D+ engine incorporates electronic fuel injection and has undergone endurance evaluation, cold-weather testing, lifecycle reliability assessments and emissions validation to meet Euro V+ compliance. The unit is being used in light quadricycle (L6e) applications across France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden, Latvia, Greece, Lithuania, Estonia and the Czech Republic.
