PTC Industries Limited, a manufacturer of precision metal components for critical applications, announced on 04 December 2025 that its wholly owned subsidiary Aerolloy Technologies Limited has entered a long-term supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace Technologies to provide precision titanium and superalloy investment castings for a range of aerospace applications, including critical aero-engine components. The company said the contract includes dedicated production capacity for Honeywell programmes and is expected to provide multi-year revenue visibility.
Aerolloy will produce castings using a vertically integrated manufacturing route at a single facility in Uttar Pradesh that covers alloy melting, material processing and precision investment casting, and will manufacture titanium and superalloy materials as part of that integrated chain. The vertical integration is intended to deliver traceability and quality control, strengthen supply chain resilience and reduce supply chain risk for Honeywell’s global aerospace programmes.

It validates our strategy of building a world-class, end-to-end manufacturing ecosystem for advanced Titanium and Superalloy components,” said Sachin Agarwal, Chairman & Managing Director of PTC Industries.
The company described the Strategic Manufacturing Technology Centre in Uttar Pradesh as the location for the fully integrated facility. The group is making substantial investments in a Titanium and Superalloy mill to produce aerospace-grade ingots, billets, bars, plates and sheets, and in a precision casting facility to create an end-to-end ecosystem for strategic materials and components.
PTC Industries said the agreement will strengthen its reputation as a supplier for next-generation aerospace platforms and provide long-term, stable revenue visibility through the dedicated capacity earmarked for Honeywell programmes.
