Time Technoplast Limited has secured an order valued at approximately INR 1.16 billion for the supply of Type IV composite cylinders and mobile storage cascades for compressed natural gas (CNG). The order has been awarded by a public sector undertaking for deployment across city gas distribution (CGD) networks in India, with execution scheduled within one year.

The company reported revenue of approximately INR 3.95 billion from its CNG composite segment during the financial year 2024–25, indicating demand for composite-based gas storage solutions. The order reflects increasing adoption of lightweight and efficient gas storage systems supporting the expansion of clean energy and natural gas infrastructure.

Time Technoplast added that the Indian CNG composite market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate exceeding 25 percent in the coming years, supported by policy initiatives and investments in gas distribution. The company also cited an estimated market size of approximately INR 15.00 billion for CNG cascades in India based on industry insights and internal assessment.

The order relates to the supply of composite cylinders and cascades used for gas storage and transportation applications across CGD networks.
