Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd. has announced plans to establish a new manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat, with an estimated investment of ₹115 crore to ₹150 crore. The company aims to increase its production capacity to meet both domestic and international demand for specialty chemicals, particularly in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and water treatment.
According to the company’s press release, the new plant will take approximately 15 to 50 months to become fully operational. This facility is expected to help Alkyl Amines expand its product offerings and reduce the reliance on imported specialty chemicals.
The Dahej facility marks part of Alkyl Amines’ broader strategy to strengthen its market position by enhancing its local production capabilities. The move is also intended to support national efforts toward self-reliance in the chemical sector.
Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd. primarily produces amines and amine-based chemicals, which are key components across multiple industries. The company’s latest project reflects its approach to addressing the rising demand for specialty chemicals in India and abroad.
