Eros Group has commenced the construction of a new manufacturing facility near Pune, marking a significant step in its operational expansion. The company, with a 77-year history in the industry, held the groundbreaking ceremony on December 4, 2024.
The facility will integrate advanced technology to enhance precision and efficiency. It will include a research and development (R&D) center featuring a multi-shaft 30-meter test tower, aimed at product testing and innovation. Additionally, a centralized logistics hub will support streamlined customer service operations across India.
Founded in 1947 and headquartered in Mumbai, Eros Elevators manufactures, installs, maintains, and modernizes a range of elevators, including gearless machine room-less systems for passenger, hospital, home, automobile, and freight applications. The company operates branches in cities across India, including Pune, Bangalore, and Ahmedabad. Expanding its portfolio, the group has ventured into automated car parking systems under the SKYZONE brand and established a CNC sheet-metal and fabrication facility in Daman to support its operations and global collaborations.
