Pritika Group, a manufacturer of precision-machined components for tractors and heavy commercial vehicles, has commenced commercial production of intermediate and axle housings. These components are for a leading multinational tractor manufacturer in India.

The production follows the successful completion of inspections and trials at the customer’s facilities. According to a press release issued by the company, the business value of these components is estimated at ₹11 crore annually, with a long-term visibility of four to five years.

The group, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, operates nationwide and serves clients such as Escorts Kubota Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and Ashok Leyland Ltd.

Pritika Auto Industries Ltd., the group’s parent company, recently announced plans to issue rights shares worth ₹49.9 crore. The funds are intended to support expansion efforts and debt reduction.

This move aligns with broader growth expectations in the tractor industry, where a leading original equipment manufacturer forecasts double-digit growth for the latter half of FY25.
