Royal Enfield has established a new motorcycle assembly plant in Thailand, marking its first standalone assembly facility outside India. The plant, located in Samut Prakan province near Bangkok, spans 57,000 square feet and has an annual production capacity exceeding 30,000 units.

The facility will initially serve the Thai market, with plans to expand distribution to other countries in the region in a phased manner. It also includes a dedicated Power Train experiential training center for dealers and employees, the first of its kind in the Asia-Pacific region.

This is Royal Enfield’s sixth CKD (completely knocked down) assembly unit outside India, with other facilities operating in Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
