CERATIZIT, a high-technology engineering group specializing in cutting tools and hard material solutions, showcased its growing local expertise and innovations at IMTEX 2025, held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC) from January 23 to 29.

With three production facilities in Bengaluru and Uluberia, a service site in Bengaluru, a regional office in Gurugram, and a nationwide sales network, CERATIZIT continues to strengthen its presence in India. These facilities enable the company to deliver high-quality, locally manufactured solutions tailored to the specific needs of industries such as aerospace, automotive, and energy.

“Our production and service infrastructure in India allows us to address unique customer requirements while also contributing to global supply chains,” said Anil Kumar, Managing Director of CERATIZIT India.

At the event, CERATIZIT introduced several key innovations, including:

  • S-Cut Milling Solutions: Produced with 99% reprocessed raw materials, offering improved efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
  • MaxiMill 211-DC: An additively manufactured milling system designed for high-temperature-resistant alloys with optimized coolant supply for enhanced performance.
  • Tangential Milling System: A robust shoulder milling solution developed for high-feed applications, offering greater cutting-edge strength compared to radial milling systems.

The company also highlighted its commitment to sustainability, targeting net zero emissions by 2040. Interim goals include a 35% reduction in CO2e emissions by 2025 and a 60% reduction by 2030, achieved through energy-efficient processes and innovative recycling initiatives.

CERATIZIT’s participation at IMTEX 2025 underscores its dual focus on advancing manufacturing technology and fostering local expertise to meet the needs of both domestic and global customers. IMTEX, organized by the Indian Machine Tool Manufacturers’ Association, serves as a key platform for showcasing the latest developments in metal cutting technologies.
