Vikram Solar announced it has secured an order to supply 1 gigawatt (GW) of solar modules to JSW Neo Energy Ltd. The modules, part of Vikram Solar’s Hypersol N-Type TOPCON Glass-to-Glass series, will be utilized in renewable energy projects in Karnataka, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.

The production for this order will take place at Vikram Solar’s facilities in Falta, West Bengal, and Oragadam, Chennai. The company reported a production capacity of 3.5 GW as of 2024.

The Hypersol modules are rated at 580 watts peak (Wp) and above, making them suitable for large-scale solar installations. According to Vikram Solar, these modules are designed to offer high efficiency and durability.
