Noida-based automotive component manufacturer RACL Geartech has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility, “UDYAM,” dedicated to producing parking lock mechanisms for BMW’s electric vehicles. The facility is now operational, with commercial production set to commence as per the company’s previously outlined timeline.
According to a press release issued by the company, the inauguration event was attended by representatives from BMW’s Global and India teams, alongside RACL Geartech’s management. The new facility is expected to expand the company’s production capacity for automotive components.
