Apollo Micro Systems has received orders totaling ₹50.97 crore from multiple domestic private companies, according to a company statement. The contracts involve the supply of electronic components and surveillance systems, with execution timelines ranging from three to four months.
One of the orders, valued at ₹11.69 crore, was awarded by Reliable Technosystems India Pvt. Ltd. for the manufacturing of electronic components. As part of the contract terms, supplies must meet specified standards, be properly identified, and include required test certificates. The agreement also includes provisions for quality control, defect replacement, and compliance monitoring.
Another order, worth ₹39.28 crore, was awarded by Corporate Infotech Private Limited for the supply of IP CCTV systems. The contract includes specifications related to quality assurance, product inspection, and confidentiality requirements.
The company stated that these contracts do not fall under related party transactions. The orders are expected to be completed within the stipulated timelines.
