Thermocool Home Appliances Ltd has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Ghaziabad, expanding its production capacity to meet growing demand. The facility, covering 25,000 square meters, has been developed with automated systems and energy-efficient technology.
The plant will manufacture air coolers, including desert coolers, commercial coolers, tower coolers, and room coolers. It will incorporate AI-powered quality control, robotic assembly, and eco-friendly packaging. Thermocool expects the expansion to create over 200 jobs and strengthen its distribution network.
The plant will initially produce 1,800 to 2,200 units per day, with plans to increase capacity to 3,000 to 4,000 units daily within six months. Thermocool has also announced plans to expand the facility by 50 percent over the next two years. The company has invested INR 300 million in the plant, which will serve markets in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Bengal, Jharkhand, and Nepal. The facility’s construction began in 2024 and is expected to be fully operational by 2026.
