Nothing Technologies, a London-based consumer technology company, announced that its upcoming smartphone, the Phone 3, will be manufactured in India. The device will be produced at the company’s manufacturing facility in Chennai as part of its regional expansion.
The company stated that all its smartphones have been manufactured in India. The Phone 3 is positioned by Nothing as a significant product in its portfolio.
Nothing is also expanding its service infrastructure in India. The company currently operates five exclusive service centres located in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Additionally, there are 20 priority service desks, with plans to add 10 more locations. Its broader network includes over 330 authorised service centres across the country.
In retail, Nothing’s presence has grown from 2,000 stores at the beginning of 2024 to 10,000 stores currently.
