TVS Motor Company has announced that Sudarshan Venu, currently the Managing Director, will assume the role of Chairman and Managing Director effective August 25, 2025. The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at a meeting held on June 5, 2025.
The current Chairman, Ralf Speth, will step down from the Board following the company’s Annual General Meeting on August 22, 2025. He will continue to be associated with TVS Motor in the newly created position of Chief Mentor for a period of three years starting August 23, 2025.
