Hind High Vacuum (HHV), a producer of vacuum and thin-film technology, has recently delivered and commissioned its Ion Assisted Electron Beam Deposition System, Model TF-1000, equipped with an integrated Intellemetrics IL570-2 Optical Monitoring System. The system supports precision optical coatings with real-time monitoring across a wavelength range of 400 nm to 1100 nm and includes a Test Glass Changer operating in transmission mode.

The TF-1000 system is designed for fabricating high-performance optical coatings for use in electronics, aerospace, optics, and defence. It combines electron beam evaporation with ion assistance and features automation to improve accuracy and process efficiency.

The integrated IL570-2 Optical Monitoring System provides real-time control over the deposition process, enabling consistent coating thickness and layer uniformity. The automated Test Glass Changer allows sample switching during operation, supporting in-process quality control and multi-sample runs.
