Yokogawa India Limited, a manufacturer of industrial automation and instrumentation, has completed the first delivery of AXG magnetic flowmeters manufactured at its Pune facility in Maharashtra. The shipment was executed through Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd., which became a wholly owned subsidiary of Yokogawa in 2024.
The delivery event took place on July 11, 2025, at Adept’s Pune location and was attended by senior Yokogawa executives, including Katsuya Ikezawa, Director of Yokogawa India; Hiroshi Nagai, President of Yokogawa Manufacturing Corporation; Hiroshi Tanoguchi, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer; and Vinayak Gadre, CEO of Adept Fluidyne.
Founded in 1983, Adept Fluidyne has supplied over 70,000 magnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters across water, wastewater, and industrial process sectors. Since introducing ultrasonic flowmeters in 2010, the company has expanded its offerings to include IoT gateways, smart water meters, and flowmeter calibration services. It maintains a pan-India sales network and exports products to over 25 countries.
Yokogawa India Limited is the Indian subsidiary of Yokogawa Electric Corporation, which is engaged in industrial automation, test and measurement, and control systems. The company’s Indian operations span engineering, manufacturing, and sales functions serving various industry sectors.
