Mohali-based Pritika Engineering Components Limited has finalised an order worth approximately INR 700 million from a material handling equipment manufacturer. The agreement, valued at around INR 140 million annually, spans five years.
Under the contract, the company will supply about 125 tonnes of large components each month. The new components, weighing 500 kilograms each, are intended for use in material handling equipment. Production and execution of the order will be carried out by Meeta Castings Limited, a subsidiary of Pritika Engineering, using the LFC process.
Pritika Engineering Components Limited is a subsidiary of Pritika Auto Industries Limited, which holds a 70.81 percent stake in the company. The Pritika Group has long-standing business relations with clients across India, including Escorts Kubota, Tractor & Farm Equipment, Mahindra & Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Swaraj Engines, Tafe Motors & Tractors, Brakes India, SML ISUZU, Knott–Vortex, CNH Industrial, and International Tractors (Sonalika).
