Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. has received an order worth INR 1,031.6 million from Leap Grain Rail Logistics Private Limited for the supply of BCBFG wagons and BVCM brake vans. The contract was signed on 21 August 2025, with delivery scheduled to be completed within 10 months.
According to details of the agreement, the order involves a fully arm’s length transaction, with no related-party involvement from Texmaco’s promoters or group companies. The company stated that it has complied with SEBI regulations for corporate disclosures regarding the contract.
This order adds to Texmaco’s order book at a time of growing demand for freight wagons in India. It follows a USD 62.24 million contract secured in Cameroon and comes amid a period of declining revenue and profit for the company.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., part of the Adventz Group, manufactures rolling stock, wagons, and other railway infrastructure equipment. It serves both domestic and international markets.
