Laser Technic PrecisionFab Private Limited has commenced operations at its new sheet metal fabrication facility located at the UPSIDA Industrial Area, Kasna, in Greater Noida.
The new plant has been set up to support precision manufacturing processes including laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, assemblies, and the production of sheet metal enclosures.
“After months of planning and transition, we’ve moved our manufacturing operations to a new facility in Greater Noida. This shift gives us better space, layout, and flexibility as we continue supporting OEM customers with precision sheet metal fabrication,” states Akshay Khanna, Director at Laser Technic PrecisionFab Pvt. Ltd.
The Kasna facility is equipped with a defined set of production assets intended for high-mix, low-to-medium volume manufacturing typical of OEM supply chains. Cutting operations are supported by CNC fibre laser cutting machines capable of processing reflective metals such as aluminium, copper, and brass. Forming capabilities include 150-ton, 3,100 mm CNC hydraulic press brakes designed to handle large-format sheet metal components used in industrial enclosures and panels.
The plant also incorporates specialised assembly and welding infrastructure. Fastener insertion is supported through pneumatic nut insert tools and self-clinching machines, enabling threaded fasteners to be installed directly into thin sheet metal components during fabrication. Welding infrastructure includes 400-ampere and 500-ampere MIG welding systems for structural applications, along with AC/DC TIG welding equipment for aluminium and stainless steel components. Finishing operations include bench polishing and buffing to support cosmetic requirements prior to final assembly.
In addition to manufacturing, the facility includes in-house 3D computer-aided design capabilities to support design-to-build requirements, allowing customer drawings to be translated into manufacturable components.
Laser Technic PrecisionFab Private Limited is a newly incorporated legal entity, established on 30 June 2025, specifically to operate this expanded facility. The Laser Technic brand has historically operated as a unit of Nika Engineers Private Limited, and the formation of the new company reflects a structural shift towards a standalone operating entity for the Greater Noida plant. The new entity is led by Akshay Khanna and Aarti Khanna, maintaining leadership continuity with the parent organisation.
The facility’s location within UPSIDA Site-5, Kasna, places it in proximity to established white goods, automotive, and electronics manufacturing clusters in the Greater Noida region. This is expected to support reduced logistics lead times for OEM customers operating across the NCR manufacturing belt.
