KEC International Ltd. has announced the acquisition of new orders totaling ₹1,136 crore across multiple business verticals, as stated in a company press release. These contracts are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its project portfolio in key infrastructure sectors.

In the Transmission & Distribution segment, the company has secured a 765 kV transmission line project from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). This project aims to support green energy evacuation in India, further strengthening the company’s presence in the sector.

In the Transportation sector, KEC International has won a significant order in the Train Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) domain under the ‘Kavach’ initiative. This contract highlights the company’s role in contributing to rail safety and technological advancements in India’s railway infrastructure.

Additionally, the Oil & Gas Pipelines segment received an order for the design, supply, and construction of pipelines and associated works. This project, awarded by a public sector undertaking (PSU), represents the company’s first order in the composite pipeline space, showcasing its expanding capabilities in this area.

With these new contracts, KEC International’s year-to-date (YTD) order intake has reached ₹20,600 crore, reflecting a growth of approximately 80% compared to the same period last year.

KEC International operates in various sectors, including power transmission and distribution, transportation, renewables, and oil and gas pipelines. It is currently executing projects in over 30 countries and maintains a presence in more than 110 nations worldwide. This update was provided in a press release issued by the company.
