Cavotec, an electrification and automation systems producer, has inaugurated a new service centre in Pune, establishing a dedicated facility aimed at enhancing customer support across India and surrounding regions. The new centre will provide maintenance services for Cavotec’s full range of products and will stock essential spare parts to help reduce equipment repair times.
The Pune facility will primarily focus on servicing Radio Remote Controls, a key product category for Cavotec. According to the company, the new centre is expected to improve operational reliability and reduce response times for customers in the region. It is located in Pune, Maharashtra.
The inauguration event included participation from customers, reflecting Cavotec’s engagement with clients in the region.
Cavotec began its operations in India in 2005, initially based in New Delhi. The company relocated its India headquarters to Pune in 2009, where its engineering and sales teams are currently based. The new service centre complements its existing operations.
