Nibe Limited, a manufacturer of defence and industrial systems, has signed a technology transfer and licensing agreement with Elbit Systems Land Ltd. for the production of the Precise & Universal Launch System (PULS) in India. The agreement was executed on 26 July 2025 and covers the local manufacturing of a long-range artillery rocket system capable of precision strikes at ranges of up to 300 kilometres.

Under the agreement, Elbit Systems Land—an Israel-based defence technology company—will provide technical know-how and grant Nibe the rights to manufacture, assemble, and integrate the PULS system. The commercial terms of the agreement are expected to be finalised within 45 days.

The PULS platform features a universal launcher capable of deploying a range of artillery rockets and missiles. It is designed for long-range, precision-targeted operations across varying battlefield scenarios.

According to Nibe, the agreement does not constitute a related party transaction, and there is no involvement of its promoter group or group companies.
