VVDN Technologies has acquired GGS Engineering Services, a company providing engineering solutions for the automotive, MedTech, and aerospace sectors. The acquisition brings engineers with two decades of experience in mechanical design, analysis, simulation, virtual manufacturing, and technical publications to VVDN’s team.

The combined entity will operate under the VVDN umbrella, with GGS’s leadership and founding teams continuing to play a pivotal role in the business. The integration is expected to enhance VVDN’s capabilities in embedded systems and manufacturing, while leveraging GGS’s mechanical and electrical engineering expertise.

In the automotive sector, VVDN plans to support OEMs in cabin design, vehicle electrification, noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) refinement, styling, and wire harness development. In MedTech, the company will focus on the development of medical devices, implants, and surgical tools. For aerospace, VVDN aims to provide design and manufacturing support for complex aircraft components using CAD/CAM expertise.

“Our enhanced expertise now enables us to deliver comprehensive, cost-optimized product development for the automotive, medical, and aerospace industries—positioning VVDN to expand its footprint in the automotive ER&D space,” stated Puneet Agarwal, CEO of VVDN Technologies.

The acquisition is part of VVDN’s strategy to expand in the global engineering, research, and development (ER&D) market and create new revenue opportunities across multiple sectors.
