Hind Rectifiers Limited has completed the acquisition of France-based BeLink Solutions for EUR 1 million to establish a European base in robotics, power electronics, and electronics manufacturing services. The company plans an additional infusion of EUR 2 million into the new subsidiary to strengthen its operations and production capabilities.

The acquisition, approved by the French Tribunal des Activités Économiques, was funded entirely from internal accruals. Of the planned EUR 2 million infusion, EUR 1 million will be in preference shares subscribed fully by Hind Rectifiers, while EUR 1 million will be in equity shares, with Hind Rectifiers holding a 66 percent stake and its promoter group companies holding the remaining 34 percent.

The deal provides Hind Rectifiers with ownership of six fully automated production lines, advanced testing equipment, plant and machinery, intellectual property, customer contracts, and purchase orders. BeLink Solutions, with 38 years of experience in robotics, EMS, and electronics R&D, is expected to generate EUR 13 million in revenue in 2025 and has pending orders worth €10 million for 2026.

Hind Rectifiers Limited, established in 1958, designs, manufactures, and markets power semiconductor devices, power electronic equipment, and railway transportation equipment. The company serves clients in sectors including railways, power utilities, and industrial applications.
