Minda Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Spark Minda Group, plans to set up two new greenfield die casting plants and one new greenfield instrument cluster plant as part of its capital expenditure programme for FY25 and FY26. These projects are part of the company’s planned capital expenditure of INR 20 billion over the next five years.
The die casting facilities will be located in Pune and Greater Noida and the instrument cluster plant is being established in Pune. The company has also acquired land to support future expansions and strengthen its regional footprint.

Facilities in Greater Noida, Haridwar, and Bengaluru manufacture wiring harnesses, security systems, driver information systems, telematics, instrument clusters, and various electronic and mechanical components.
Research and development activities are driven by the Spark Minda Technical Centre in Pune, which focuses on automotive electronics and connectivity. The company has expanded its production capacity through new die casting facilities and has integrated advanced manufacturing with business verticals covering safety, security, restraint systems, and vehicle electronics.
Minda Corporation supplies both domestic and international original equipment manufacturers through more than 30 manufacturing sites in India, supporting a broad base of automotive manufacturers.
