Waaree Energies Limited has operationalised two new solar module manufacturing lines at its facility in Degam, Chikli, Navsari district, Gujarat. The lines, each with an annual capacity of 1,050 MW, provide a combined capacity addition of 2,100 MW. Operations at the new unit began on 14 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

The company has also secured a domestic order for the supply of 360 MW of solar modules from a developer and owner-operator of utility scale solar and energy storage projects. The one-time contract is scheduled to be executed during the financial year 2025–26.

Separately, Waaree Power Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waaree Energies, has acquired a 76 percent equity stake in Racemosa Energy (India) Private Limited for INR 532 million. The acquisition results in Racemosa Energy becoming a step-down subsidiary of the company. The transaction does not involve any promoter group interest and required no regulatory approvals.

Waaree Energies manufactures solar photovoltaic modules and provides engineering, procurement, and construction services for solar projects. The company is headquartered in Mumbai.
