RACL Geartech Limited, a manufacturer of transmission gears and precision machined components, announced its financial results for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2025–26 during an earnings conference call on 05 December 2025. The company reported a turnover of INR 1.23 billion for the quarter, marking an increase of 16.2 percent compared to INR 1.06 billion in the same period of the previous year.

The company disclosed a technical collaboration with AARK Engineering GmbH, a German firm specialising in product design, prototyping, and virtual simulation. This partnership is intended to enhance RACL Geartech’s engineering capabilities, shifting its operational model from “build to print” to “concept to print”. “Now a customer will not give us the drawing, he will say again look this is a vehicle… So, we are to design the component, we have to create the concept, have to select the raw material,” said Gursharan Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of RACL Geartech.

Profit before tax for the second quarter rose to INR 161.3 million, reflecting a growth of 139 percent from INR 67.5 million in the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) increased to INR 297.9 million, up from INR 222.7 million in the same period last year. The EBITDA margin stood at 24.25 percent for the quarter.

RACL Geartech also announced a new business nomination from a premium Indian two-wheeler manufacturer for transmission parts within a gearbox assembly. This project falls under the high-volume business segment for a new engine category. “I am happy to share that this project we will be executing at Gajraula plant and the SOP is expected to start from July 2027,” said Jitender Jain, Chief Financial Officer of RACL Geartech.

The company reduced its total debt from INR 3.05 billion on 31 March 2025 to INR 2.18 billion, representing a decrease of approximately 28 percent. Management indicated a capital expenditure of approximately INR 500 million for the current fiscal year to support production and upgrade heat treatment facilities.
