Micro Labs has acquired a three-acre industrial land parcel in Hoodi village, East Bengaluru, for ₹111.07 crore. The property, purchased from Anushka Constructions, was finalized and registered on September 5, 2024.
Hoodi village, situated near major tech hubs such as RMZ NXT and International Tech Park, offers strategic advantages due to its proximity to key IT parks, metro connectivity, and nearby residential developments by Godrej Properties and Brigade Enterprises. The land acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term expansion plans, particularly as it already has an established presence in the area.
Micro Labs currently operates 14 manufacturing plants in various locations, including Bengaluru, Sikkim, Puducherry, Goa, and Tamil Nadu.
