Four Star Industries has inaugurated a new facility for the production of differential shaft pinions in Chakan Phase II, Pune, India. The facility incorporates automated manufacturing processes, automated plating systems, and advanced inspection and testing technology.
The company stated that the expansion includes the introduction of new products and segments to enhance its customer base. Four Star Industries supplies components to companies such as American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), Kalyani Technoforge, Dana Anand India, AxleTech, Bharat Forge, Meritor, and RSB Global, among others.
According to the company, key personnel involved in the project include Nikhil Shah, Rajesh Dhokale, Prasenjit Samanta, Amruta Dhokale, and Gulab Varpe.
Established in 1972, Four Star Industries specializes in manufacturing, wholesaling, and exporting components such as bearing races, differential cases, and differential pins. The company has a history of growth, with previous expansions in Pune and Bhiwandi, adding facilities equipped with CNC lathes, broaching machines, and plating plants.
