Jupiter International has signed an agreement with the Odisha government to set up a photovoltaic solar cell and module manufacturing facility in the state. The project, undertaken through its subsidiary Jupiter Renewables, involves an investment of Rs 2,005 crore.

The facility will have an annual production capacity of 4.2 gigawatts (GW) for solar cells and 3.6 GW for solar modules, according to a statement issued by the company.

The memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the project was signed during the Utkarsh Odisha – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025 in Bhubaneswar.
