SKF India Limited has announced the appointment of Nrithika Sridharan as Head of Strategy & Marketing, effective February 19, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Sridharan has over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and P&L accountability in the Industrial Goods and Automotive sectors. She holds a PGDM (MBA) from IIM Calcutta and a B.E. in Electronics & Communications from Anna University.

Her expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, partnership negotiations, new business development, and team management. She has previously worked with TSF (TVS Family) – Brakes India, Ashok Leyland, Murugappa Group, Bain & Company, and HCL Technologies.

The company disclosed the appointment in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and reported it to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

SKF India Limited, headquartered in Chinchwad, Pune, has been operating in India since 1961.
