ARGO-HYTOS has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, India, expanding its operations with an additional 3,250 m² of space. The facility includes a new warehouse and logistics area, along with a cleanroom for assembling hydraulic systems and components. The company stated that this expansion is part of its long-term strategy to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
The inauguration event was attended by industry executives, including Cornelius Weitzmann (President & CEO – Voith Turbo), Christian H. Kienzle (Board of Directors – ARGO-HYTOS Group), and Marcus Fischer (CEO – ARGO-HYTOS Group), as well as over 170 guests from across India, including customers and suppliers.
“This expansion is not only a visible testament to our successful growth in India but also a key milestone in our journey toward achieving our 2030 growth strategy,” Fischer said. He also expressed appreciation for the company’s partners, customers, and suppliers, as well as the ARGO-HYTOS India team for their role in the expansion.
