Supreme Industries Ltd. has announced plans to acquire the pipes and fittings business of Orbia Wavin in India as part of a long-term partnership agreement. The agreement grants Supreme exclusive access to Orbia Wavin’s water management technologies in India and SAARC countries. The deal includes the transfer of Orbia Wavin’s manufacturing facilities in India to Supreme.

The partnership will allow Supreme to expand its product portfolio by integrating Orbia Wavin’s technology for water supply, sanitation, city-scale water management, agriculture, rainwater collection, and stormwater management. Supreme’s manufacturing network and distribution channels will facilitate the deployment of these solutions across residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural sectors.

M.P. Taparia, Managing Director of Supreme, stated that the collaboration aligns with the company’s growth plans and will enhance its ability to serve India’s water management needs. Orbia’s CEO, Sameer Bharadwaj, highlighted Supreme’s previous role as a Wavin licensee and expressed confidence in scaling the partnership further.

The agreement is subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals and is expected to close by June 2025.
