KEMROC, a Germany-based manufacturer of excavation equipment, and DOZCO, an Indian engineering company, have formed KEMROC-DOZCO India Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture aimed at producing drum cutters and excavator attachments for the Indian and broader Asian markets. The manufacturing operations will be based at DOZCO’s facility in Visakhapatnam, combining KEMROC’s product designs with local production capabilities.
This collaboration is expected to enhance service turnaround and reduce operational costs for regional customers by offering locally manufactured products. The joint venture will also manage the distribution and servicing of KEMROC attachments in India and neighboring countries.
Both KEMROC and DOZCO will be participating in the upcoming bauma trade fair in Germany, where they are expected to showcase their latest products and technologies in excavation and construction equipment.
