Mechanify, an electric vehicle solutions provider, has announced the establishment of the EV Reformation Centre, a facility dedicated to refurbishing electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers. The company plans to refurbish over 50,000 electric vehicles annually through standardized manufacturing processes.

The facility includes a complete refurbishment line for L5-category three-wheeler cargo vehicles and a separate ecosystem for two-wheeler electric vehicles used in delivery services, ride-hailing, and personal mobility. The refurbishment process will cover battery diagnostics, motor health checks, controller upgrades, and bodywork restoration, with all services performed under one roof.

Each refurbished vehicle will be certified for performance, safety, and efficiency. Mechanify also plans to integrate technology for post-delivery tracking of vehicles, supporting performance monitoring and data-driven servicing over time.

The company has outlined a circular economy focus, aiming to extend vehicle lifecycles and reduce EV waste. Mechanify also plans to offer refurbished vehicles at 50–60% lower costs compared to new models, targeting individual riders, fleet operators, and last-mile logistics companies.
