MOL Logistics India, a subsidiary of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, has inaugurated a 25,000 square foot temperature-controlled warehouse facility in Taloja, Maharashtra. The facility is intended to support pharmaceutical logistics operations for a Japanese pharmaceutical client.

According to the company, the site is designed to enhance the sourcing, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products from India to global markets. The warehouse is exclusive to the client and is expected to support temperature-sensitive logistics requirements.

The facility was inaugurated on April 11 by Kaustubh Kulkarni, Managing Director of MOL Logistics India. The company stated that the development is part of a broader strategy to expand its logistics infrastructure in India.

The warehouse has been built with a focus on operational efficiency and environmental considerations, in line with the company’s stated approach to sustainable logistics solutions.
