Super Screws Private Limited, a manufacturer of cold forged industrial fasteners, has announced plans to establish a new fastener manufacturing facility in Bawal, Haryana. The plant will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes and will feature integrated operations including backward integration and surface finishing lines.
“We are investing significantly to set up advanced manufacturing facilities and a production site for fasteners in Bawal, Haryana,” states Samrat Kapoor, Managing Director of Super Screws.
Currently, Super Screws operates five vertically integrated manufacturing facilities and supplies fasteners to several original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in India and abroad. The company produces a range of fasteners including bolts, nuts, screws, studs, and specialised EV fasteners, that are used in sectors such as automotive, electronics, engineering, and construction.
In June 2024, Super Screws Private Limited signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mitsuchi Corporation of Japan to establish a joint venture for the manufacture and sale of special cold forged parts in India and for global exports.
The joint venture combines Super Screws’ engineering and manufacturing expertise with Mitsuchi’s technical knowledge and international experience in cold forged fasteners. The companies cater primarily to demand in the automotive and industrial sectors.
