OxAir Pressure Vessels Manufacturing Pvt Ltd, a company affiliated with Australia-based Oxair Gas Systems, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sri City to establish a manufacturing unit in India. The event took place on 25 July 2025, during an official visit by Silai Zaki, Australia’s Consul‑General based in Chennai, who oversees engagement in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and several union territories.
The upcoming facility is expected to focus on the production of industrial-grade air systems. According to the company, the MoU aims to expand OxAir’s manufacturing footprint and support industrial collaboration between India and Australia.
Sri City, a special economic zone and integrated business hub in Andhra Pradesh, hosts several multinational companies and continues to attract foreign direct investment in manufacturing.
