R.N.L. Ferrocast (India) Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of iron castings, has opened a new manufacturing unit at its existing premises in Rajkot, Gujarat, aimed at increasing production capacity for cast iron (CI) and ductile (SG) iron components. The new facility was formally launched during a company-hosted ceremony and is part of a broader expansion strategy.

The company stated that the additional capacity will support growing demand across its target sectors, including automotive, hydraulic systems, infrastructure, and pump manufacturing. The new foundry is expected to enhance both output and product quality through updated production systems and expanded operational space.

R.N.L. Ferrocast operates in the Aji Industrial Estate (GIDC) in Rajkot. The facility includes integrated capabilities for machined and semi-finished casting production, with a focus on grey cast iron and SG iron castings. The company also manufactures custom-engineered components designed to client specifications.

Its location in Rajkot’s industrial zone offers logistical advantages for nationwide distribution and supports potential exports.

In a company statement, R.N.L. Ferrocast said the new unit aligns with its plans to scale manufacturing capabilities and respond to evolving industrial requirements in the casting sector.
