Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd., part of the Adventz Group, has received a contract worth INR 731.2 million from Central Railway. The project scope covers the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning (DSE‑T&C) of a 110 kV / 25 kV AC traction substation, a sectioning‑switching post (SSP), and related works.
The order also comprises establishment of a 132/25 kV traction substation with an incoming supply provision and modifications to a 132 kV transmission line using HTLS conductor to ensure supply to the traction substation. The engineering, procurement, and construction contract is scheduled for execution over 24 months.
Central Railway, the awarding authority, is a domestic entity. Texmaco has confirmed that neither its promoters nor promoter‑group companies hold any interest in Central Railway, and the order does not constitute a related‑party transaction.
