Patil Automation Limited said its subsidiary, MII Robotics Private Limited, has received multiple purchase orders worth about INR 126.7 million from domestic companies for the supply of automatic robotics lines. The projects are intended for applications in the defence sector and are scheduled for execution on or before August 2026.
The company said in a stock exchange filing that the orders include automatic robotics lines incorporating live feed NUB MIG welding systems and robotic automation solutions. The systems are intended to support automated manufacturing processes used in defence-related production.
According to the disclosure, the order strengthens the company’s execution pipeline and expands its presence in automation systems for defence manufacturing through its subsidiary. The company stated that demand for robotic welding and automation systems from domestic manufacturers reflects the need to improve manufacturing efficiency, precision, and scalability.

Patil Automation Limited was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Pune. The company provides automation systems including welding lines, assembly lines, special purpose machines, and material handling systems for sectors such as automotive, electric vehicles (EV), defence, construction equipment, renewable energy, white goods, and general engineering.
The company operates three manufacturing facilities at MIDC Chakan in Pune with a combined area of about 200,000 square feet and an annual production capacity of about 3,454 units. Patil Automation reported total income of INR 1,220.4 million, EBITDA of INR 192.6 million, and net profit of INR 117.0 million for FY2024–25. It has delivered automation projects in more than 10 countries and maintains a domestic presence across several manufacturing regions in India.
