Gensol Electric Vehicles (GEVPL), a subsidiary of Gensol Engineering, has announced receiving 30,000 pre-orders for its newly unveiled electric vehicles, EZIO and EZIBOT, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. The pre-orders were placed by existing fleet operators.

EZIO is a compact electric vehicle designed for urban mobility, while EZIBOT is intended for last-mile delivery and cargo transport. According to the company, both vehicles are designed to meet specific urban transportation requirements.

Pratik Gupta, CEO of Gensol EV, stated that the company is preparing to begin production at its facility in Chakan, Pune, and plans to launch the vehicles in urban markets such as Bangalore and Delhi.

The company did not disclose details on the timeline for deliveries or the total investment in production. The announcement was made as part of Gensol EV’s participation in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025.
